Tammy: Hi,I'm not sure if I'm in the right area but I really need some advice from other parents that have been thru basic. My son just started basic training and he is really struggling to the point they are bringing in a Chaplin. I don't know what to say to him. We've tried telling him a zillion times we love him and support him. Any advice?

patti: It looks like there are a couple of you on this message board with sons and daughters who are deploying to Iraq out of Fort Drum. I would love to hear from you or any other parent whose son or daughter is in Iraq.
